Booking Requests

All journeys must be booked in advance. A booking request does not guarantee a journey until it has been confirmed. Bookings are accepted based on availability.

Advance Notice

Please allow at least 2 hours’ notice when submitting a booking request. Requests made with less than 1 hour notice may not be accepted.

Passenger Capacity

The vehicle can carry a maximum of 4 passengers. Please ensure the number of passengers stated in the booking request is accurate. If you are travelling with significant luggage, please advise at the time of booking.

Pickup and Waiting Time

Passengers should be ready at the agreed pickup time and location. Reasonable waiting time will be allowed; however, excessive delays may result in the journey being cancelled or additional waiting charges.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change a booking, please notify as soon as possible. Late cancellations may affect future booking availability.

Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during the journey. The driver reserves the right to refuse or terminate a journey if passenger behaviour is unsafe, illegal, or abusive.

Liability

While every effort will be made to arrive on time and complete journeys as booked, the driver cannot be held responsible for delays caused by traffic conditions, road closures, weather, or other circumstances outside of reasonable control.
